Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by E-Z Out Tree Service are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Pricing may vary depending on:

- Equipment requirements
- Weather conditions
- Safety risks
- Additional debris or hidden damage
- Scope of work changes requested by the customer
Free estimates do not guarantee project scheduling or pricing beyond the original scope discussed.
Emergency Services
Emergency tree services are available 24 hours a day; however, response times may vary depending on weather events, storm severity, road conditions, equipment availability, and call volume.
E-Z Out Tree Service will make every reasonable effort to respond promptly during emergency situations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information
- Securing pets and livestock
- Removing vehicles or obstacles from work areas
- Informing us of underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, or hazards
- Obtaining any necessary HOA approvals or permits if required
E-Z Out Tree Service is not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed underground utilities or hidden property conditions.
Property Access & Work Areas
By requesting service, customers authorize E-Z Out Tree Service to access the property and perform agreed-upon work in designated areas.
While every effort is made to protect lawns, landscaping, driveways, and surrounding structures, some minor ground disturbance or landscape impact may occur due to heavy equipment, weather conditions, or necessary safety procedures.
Tree Health & Risk Assessments
Tree evaluations and arborist recommendations are based on visible observations and industry standards at the time of inspection. Because some structural defects or internal decay may not be visible externally, E-Z Out Tree Service cannot guarantee the long-term health or stability of any tree.
Recommendations provided are intended to reduce risk but do not eliminate all potential hazards associated with trees or severe weather.
Insurance Work
E-Z Out Tree Service may assist customers with insurance documentation and communication; however, approval and payment decisions remain solely between the customer and their insurance provider.
We do not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement for any project or service.
Website Use
All content on the E-Z Out Tree Service website including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements is the property of E-Z Out Tree Service unless otherwise noted.
Users may not:
